How to copy a DVD, a question I am asked all the time. This is a short tutorial on how to use the best software for free to copy any DVD you like. First you need to download the two programs you will need, the first is DVDFab (*note* this program is updated almost weekly to always give you the latest options and new features) and ImgBurn. Install both of these free programs and then you are ready to set them up to work together. Something to mention about DVDFab, it's a 30 day trial for the full program but free forever to remove the copyright protection and rip the DVD to your hard drive, ImgBurn does the burning. Once they are both installed open DVDFab as shown below and click on the green circle with the check mark in it to open it's options.








Once the options are open go to the section shown above and choose ImgBurn as your burning engine then select ok to save these settings, you have to restart DVDFab for the settings to set.

Also, when you are copying a DVD with this setup you want to choose "DVD Copy" then "Main Movie" this will only copy the movie, not all the trailers and extra features. You should also uncheck any extra languages and sound formats you do not need, doing all of this will give you a better quality copy.

 

Uninstall SpyBot, you never want to use the Tea-Timer feature. You can reinstall it without Tea-Timer if you want. Then download the TCP Optimizer, save it to a location of your choice then right click on it and choose to "run as Administrator" and run it, then select "modify all network adapters" and then select "optimal" then "apply changes" and reboot, then test your connection.
 

First thing you need to do is uninstall AVG and install MSE, then do a full scan.
