First download
HijackThis 2.0.2
and make a new folder for it on your pc, then unzip and extract HijackThis to that folder.
When you first open HijackThis you will be given multiple options, choose the option "Do a system scan and save a logfile" then post that logfile here in the forums for us to look at.
